nelson coffee co brunch review

A brunch worth traipsing to Eastbourne for.

Nelson Coffee Co has always been a favourite of ours, and has undergone so many transformations since it was founded by husband and wife duo Ben and Lucy in 2014.

Great coffee by the guys at Ozone in London is accompanied by a seasonal brunch menu, which just seems to get better and better.

It’s also a particularly Insta-friendly cafe, each dish plated up to look as beautiful as possible while still being incredibly tasty.

On our plate:

Fritter Stack – Jalapeño sweetcorn fritters, semi-dried vine cherry tomatoes, Cacklebean free range poached egg & pea shoots, served with mint infused yoghurt & Nelson tomato relish – £8 – plus £2 for extra bacon.
